Brain health is an essential component of overall well-being and plays a fundamental role in various cognitive functions such as focus, communication, problem-solving, and productivity. The brain, being the central control system for daily activities, is undoubtedly the most invaluable organ.

Scientifically Proven Technology:

Mendi utilizes functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) neurofeedback, a scientifically validated technique that detects changes in the brain's local blood flow and oxygenation in response to neural activation. By processing high-fidelity fNIRS signals through proprietary algorithms, Mendi creates easily understandable and visually accessible local feedback signals.

The Mendi headband features fNIRS sensors placed over the forehead, measuring oxygenated blood flow to the prefrontal cortex (PFC). The PFC is a critical brain region involved in executive functions like focus, working memory, emotional processing, and decision-making. Similar to weight training for the PFC, fNIRS neurofeedback with Mendi is a safe and effective form of neural exercise that promotes lasting structural and functional neuroplasticity.

Mendi Brain Health Model:

Mendi adopts an integrated approach by combining neurofeedback training with behavioral science principles to help individuals achieve optimal brain health. By diligently engaging in Mendi's neurofeedback training and following the recommended brain-boosting activities available in the app, users can enhance their mental acuity, including aspects such as deep focus, attention, cognitive flexibility, self-control, emotion regulation, and motivation.

Regular Practice Is Key:

Consistent and habitual training is necessary to achieve excellent brain training results. It is recommended that users practice three times a week for six to eight weeks to experience optimal benefits.
